Edgard's Story

My dear little niece at the age of 2 years suffered from viral meningitis, with fevers and vomiting and we did not know what she had.

It took two days for the doctors to diagnose her, while the virus almost destroyed her brain. She was in ICU, where she almost dies. She did not die, but her brain was damaged, since then she is lying in bed all day. She is unable to move of her body, she does not talk or see, she is just in bed.

That is sad for all of us, it is over 10 years that we are praying to God, every day for some new technology that can "repair "the brain or can return back her conscience.

Why these horrible things had to happen to a helpless baby.
